Paying with TAO & stablecoins

Open Plan, choose a plan or top-up, and pick a payment method. At the 31 October 2026 review, Card, TAO and Crypto were enabled; the separate stablecoin checkout was disabled. Methods shown at checkout are authoritative. USDT and USDC can be available through Crypto; select the coin first, then a supported network. A payment method can impose a minimum purchase amount.

Prices are always resolved on the server from the product you picked — a browser can never name an amount.

#TAO (Bittensor)

  1. Choose TAO and press Get a payment address.
  2. You get a quote: the exact TAO amount for your order, a deposit address with a QR code, and the USD/TAO rate used.
  3. Send exactly that amount from any Bittensor wallet.
  4. Wait for the order to confirm automatically. The order links to the transaction on taostats; credits are granted once the payment is confirmed, not merely broadcast.

Details worth knowing:

  • Quotes are unique to your order and expire after 30 minutes. If a quote expires, start again — TAO's price moves, and the old amount is no longer valid.
  • Send the exact amount. A different amount is not matched automatically; it is recorded for manual reconciliation, so contact support with the transaction hash.
  • EveryFrame holds no wallet key on the server; it only watches the address.
  • If the price feed is more than ten minutes stale, checkout refuses rather than guessing a rate.
  • TAO plans are prepaid for a fixed term (30 days monthly, 365 yearly) and do not auto-renew.

#USDT / USDC

Choose USDT or USDC under Crypto, then choose one of the networks currently offered for that coin. Follow that invoice's amount, address, expiry and any memo instructions. Confirmation time depends on the network and payment provider; do not assume a fixed settlement time. EveryFrame cannot guarantee recovery of a transfer sent on the wrong network.

#Other cryptocurrencies

Crypto checkout (via NOWPayments) offers coins such as BTC, ETH, SOL, USDT and USDC, subject to current availability and minimums. Choose the coin and network, then pay the exact amount shown to the address shown before it expires. Check the invoice status afterward; a wallet's “sent” status is not payment confirmation. If a payment expires, is short or remains unresolved, contact support with the order ID and transaction hash before sending again.

#Card

Card payments use Stripe-hosted checkout — card details never touch EveryFrame's servers. Card plans are real renewing subscriptions and can be cancelled from the Plan page. This method is shown in the app only when it is enabled.

#Receipts and history

Every order, its method, amount and status is listed under Plan → Orders. Credits appear in your ledger with the order reference.
