FAQ

Why was I charged for a render that failed? You were not, on balance: the charge is reserved when the job starts and refunded automatically when it fails. Both lines show in your credit history.

My prompt was blocked. Did it cost anything? No. Moderated prompts are free.

Which model should I start with? MiniMax H3 Max. It renders faster than the clip is long, includes sound, and is the cheapest quality-first option at 38 credits for five seconds at 480p. Use Turbo for drafts at half the price and Seedance 2.5 when you need 1080p cinematic output and can wait a few minutes.

Do credits expire? Top-up credits never expire. Plan credits are granted each cycle; unused plan credits carry while your plan is active.

Can I pay with TAO? Yes — see Paying with TAO & stablecoins. You get an exact-amount quote and an address; the server confirms the transfer automatically.

Can I change my email? You can add an email to an account that has none, but not change one. Contact support if you need a change.

I lost my fingerprint key. There is no recovery for fingerprint-only accounts. If you also linked an email, Google or a wallet, sign in that way and add a password.

Is there an API? Not a public one. The studio's own endpoints require a signed-in browser session and are not meant for third-party use. If you want programmatic rendering, the subnet is where Everyframe's serving protocol is being built.

Where are my files stored, and for how long? On Everyframe's servers with a long-term copy in decentralised storage, for 90 days. Dismissed renders stay for the same period; deleted uploads are gone.

Who can see my renders? Only you, until you press Share in the Gallery. Shared cards never expose credits, cost, seed or the master file.

Can I use the videos commercially? You own what you make within the terms of the model providers Everyframe uses. Content credentials on each clip record which model produced it.
