Which models can I use? The leading video models from MiniMax, ByteDance, Google and Kuaishou, plus image models from OpenAI and Google, all from the same prompt box and credit balance. Models & prices has the full list; more arrive as they are verified on the EveryFrame subnet.

Is EveryFrame always cheaper than using the models directly? No universal saving is guaranteed. You use one balance across models, and miners compete to serve enabled subnet contracts. Compare equivalent model settings and your actual plan or top-up rate. Why it costs less explains the pricing model; check the Studio quote for current pricing.

Why was I charged for a render that failed? You were not, on balance: the charge is reserved when the job starts and refunded automatically when it fails. Both lines show in your credit history.

My prompt was blocked. Did it cost anything? No. Moderated prompts are free.

Which model should I start with? H3 Max Turbo is a low-cost starting point: the reviewed catalogue quotes 19 credits for five seconds of text-to-video at 480p. H3 Max adds video/audio reference support, while Seedance 2.5 supports longer takes. All three offer 1080p. Compare the current quote and supported inputs in Models & prices; generation time varies.

Do credits expire? Top-up credits never expire. Plan credits are granted each cycle; unused plan credits carry while your plan is active.

Can I pay with TAO? Yes — see Paying with TAO & stablecoins. You get an exact-amount quote and an address; the server confirms the transfer automatically.

Can I change my email? You can add an email to an account that has none, but not change one. Contact support if you need a change.

I lost my fingerprint key. There is no recovery for fingerprint-only accounts. If you also linked an email, Google or a wallet, sign in that way and add a password.

Is there a public generation API? Yes. Use the EveryFrame API with a scoped key and separate USD API balance. Agents & MCP authorize Studio tools using Studio credits. The miner's everycli operates a worker and is a different CLI.

Where are my files stored, and for how long? Generated files and uploads are stored by EveryFrame, with retention depending on the configured storage service. Download important originals instead of treating the library as a permanent backup. See retention and sharing.

Who can see my renders? Your library is account-scoped. Media links can grant access to anyone who has them, so keep private links private. Sharing submits a render for gallery publication; only approved items appear publicly. Gallery cards do not expose credits, cost, seed or the master file.

Can I use the videos commercially? Check the applicable EveryFrame and model-provider terms, and obtain rights to any uploaded images, voices, music, logos or likenesses. Generation alone does not clear third-party rights.

Forgot your password? Use account recovery. A successful reset revokes previous sessions and returns you to sign-in.

Something else? Use the app's bug-report option or email contact@everyframe.studio. Include the page, steps and a sanitized error or job ID; never send passwords, wallet secrets or API keys.
